Investing in Single Family Properties

Perhaps the most common investment for most first time investors is the single family property. Single-family properties are relatively easy to rent, easy to sell, and easy to finance. That said, in many areas, the rents derived from SFRs (single family rentals) won't be enough to provide positive cash-flow unless you either put down at least 25% or purchase it at a very favorable price and/or terms.
