There are so many different ways to invest in Real Estate. However, one thing that I ALWAYS advise my clients to do is to watch out for the predators. There are a multitude of predators out there looking to sell you their home study course on "Creative Real Estate Investing Strategies". Granted, some of these courses are extremely informative and well worth the money. However, the large majority of them aren’t worth the paper that they’re written on and can even land you in JAIL if you try to implement them!
