Rehabbing/Flipping Houses

Rehabbing (Flipping) properties can be an extremely lucrative business. You can easily make $20k-$50k (sometimes more) in just a few months on only 1 project. However, if you don’t know what you’re doing, you can lose everything just as fast. It’s important that you educate yourself on this investing strategy BEFORE you get started. It’s not for the novice investor. However, the old adage certainly applies here; “The Bigger the Risk, The Bigger the Reward”!

Aside from educating yourself on this investing strategy, The most important step in property rehabbing is buying the property at the right price and/or terms. That’s where I come in. I don’t mean to toot my own horn, but there is no other agent in Connecticut that’s better than me at finding great rehab deals and negotiating them to the best price for my investor.

If this is the strategy that you are most interested in, I would highly encourage you to join my list of rehabbers. I’m in constant pursuit of great rehab deals. When I stumble upon that diamond-in-the-rough, I do my due-diligence on it, walk through it with a video camera and Email my list of rehabbers with my findings. GREAT DEALS DON’T LAST LONG!!! So if you plan to join my investor list, I strongly recommend that you have your emails sent directly to your phone and/or check your emails frequently.
