Wholesaler Partnership Program

One of the most important aspects of Wholesaling is being able to determine an accurate ARV (After Repair Value) for a property. The best way to calculate the ARV for a residential property is to compare your subject property to other similar properties in the area that have recently sold or are currently under deposit. However, for Wholesalers that don't have access to the MLS, it's nearly impossible to find accurate, up-to-date information on comparable properties (comps).
